Winning projects for The Engineer’s eighth annual Collaborate To Innovate awards unveiled at Westminster awards ceremony  

UK-led engineering projects ranging from innovations in low carbon aviation and new recycling methods and to groundbreaking advances in energy sustainability and healthcare technology  were amongst the winners at The Engineer magazine’s eighth  annual Collaborate To Innovate (C2I) Awards, which reached its conclusion on Thursday 29th February at a special awards event in Westminster.

Commenting on this year’s competition, editor of The Engineer Jon Excell said: “Yet again, the C2I awards has uncovered an incredible array of collaborative engineering projects, which between them provide a compelling reminder of the both the breadth of UK engineering expertise and the important role that engineers are playing in addressing some of the biggest challenges we face as a society.”
